Lakers center Andrew Bynum left the game in the second quarter with a hyper-extended right knee. The team said Bynum would undergo an MRI Wednesday to determine the extent of the injury before deciding whether Bynum will be available for the playoffs.

San Antonio was also undermanned Tuesday, but it was by choice. Starters Tony Parker, Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili were kept out of the game so they could rest up for the playoffs.

Six San Antonio players scored in double figures. Gary Neal was high scorer with 16 points and Matt Bonner had 13.

Both teams had rough patches in their offense. The Spurs shot only 35.2 percent from the field and Los Angeles was 5-of-19 from 3-point range.
