HOUSTON, April 10 (UPI) -- J.A. Happ held Florida to one run over 7 2/3 innings and added a two-run double Sunday in the Houston Astros' 7-1 victory over the Marlins.
Happ (1-1) scattered four hits and survived four walks while striking out five for Houston, which avoided a three-game weekend sweep at Minute Maid Park.

Happ's fourth-inning double, one of his two hits, put Houston ahead 3-1. Hunter Pence added three hits and an RBI and Angel Sanchez went 3-for-5 with a run scored for the Astros.
Marlins starter Anibal Sanchez (0-1) was torched for six runs on 13 hits over 4 2/3 innings.
Logan Morrison collected Florida's only RBI with a first-inning single.
