OAKLAND, Calif., March 26 (UPI) -- Monta Ellis was one of four Golden State players to reach 20 points Friday and the Warriors shot 61 percent in crushing Toronto 138-100.
Golden State scored 84 points in the first half, the most in the NBA during the opening two quarters of a game this season.
Ellis had 27 points, Dorell Wright added 26, Stephen Curry scored 23 and David Lee contributed 21. Lee made the first 3-pointer of his career.
Golden State scored 45 points in the opening period and led by 26 at the break.
The Warriors played one of their best all-around games of the season, making 51 field goals, hitting 26-of-32 from the foul line and turning the ball over just 10 times.
Leandro Barbosa scored 19 points for Toronto, which has lost three in a row.
