NBA: Houston 123, Sacramento 101

SACRAMENTO, March 8 (UPI) -- Kyle Lowrie scored 19 points, handed out eight assists and grabbed seven rebounds Monday in the streaking Houston Rockets' 123-101 win over Sacramento.

Lowrie drained four 3-pointers and Chase Budinger netted a team-high 20 points for Houston, which won for the seventh time in eight games and moved above .500 for the first time this season (33-32).

Courtney Lee contributed 19 points off the bench as the Rockets, who hold 11th place in the Western Conference standings, inched to within three games of the eighth and final playoff spot.

DeMarcus Cousins netted 20 points and collected 11 rebounds for Sacramento, which lost for the 13th time in 16 games.
