MOBILE, Ala., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Florida State's Christian Ponder tossed two touchdowns Saturday, pacing the South to a 24-10 win over the North in the 62nd Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.
Ponder, named the game's MVP, racked up 132 yards while connecting on 7-of-13 passes. Greg McElroy of Alabama completed 5-of-8 passes for 36 yards for the South.

TCU's Andy Dalton also played behind center for the South, completing 3-of-7 passes for 22 yards, and Miami-Florida receiver Leonard Hankerson made five grabs for 100 yards and a score.
Louisville's Bilal Powell compiled 50 yards rushing on 10 carries for the winners.
The North was led by Washington quarterback Jake Locker, who went 6-of-10 through the air for 98 yards.
