COL BKB: Ohio State 69, Penn State 66

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Jared Sullinger's 3-point play with 14 seconds left Saturday provided the winning margin in No. 2 Ohio State's 69-66 decision over Penn State.

After David Jackson hit a basket and a foul shot with 44 seconds to tie the game for Penn State, Sullinger got free underneath for a lay-in and was fouled by Billy Oliver.

He sank the free throw, Talor Battle's 3-point try with 2 seconds left was no good, and the Buckeyes (18-0, 5-0 Big Ten) remained undefeated, one of four teams in the nation without a loss.

Sullinger finished with 19 points, six rebounds and five assists, and Aaron Craft also put in 19 for the victors.

Jackson scored 19 points and Battle chipped in with 15 for the Nittany Lions (10-7, 3-3).
