NBA: Houston 118, Sacramento 105

HOUSTON, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Luis Scola struck for 23 points and Chase Budinger added 18 more Tuesday, fueling the Houston Rockets' 118-105 victory over Sacramento.

Scola grabbed 10 rebounds, Kevin Martin added 14 points, Jordan Hill chipped in with 13 more and Kyle Lowry added 12 points and nine assists for Houston.

The Rockets grabbed control of the contest late in the first half, breaking a 44-44 tie with a 14-2 run sparked by Budinger's 3-pointer and capped by Scola long jumper that made it 58-46.

DeMarcus Cousins contributed 17 points and seven rebounds and former Rocket Carl Landry scored 17 for the Kings, who lost for the 10th time in 11 games, playing without Tyreke Evans, who was out with a foot injury.
