NBA: Portland 100, Memphis 99

MEMPHIS, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Wesley Matthews poured in a career-high 30 points and the Portland Trail Blazers sent Memphis to its fourth straight loss Tuesday, 100-99.

The Blazers took the lead for good at 95-93 with 53 seconds to go on Nicolas Batum's layup, and Andre Miller (19 points, nine assists and five steals) scored six more points down the stretch to ensure the victory.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 23 points and Marcus Camby collected a game-high 17 rebounds to go with six points in the victory, which snapped a brief two-game Portland losing streak.

The Grizzlies went down for the seventh time in nine games.

Rudy Gay led Memphis with 20 points and Zach Randolph added 19 points and 14 rebounds.
