NBA: Indiana 99, Cleveland 85

CLEVELAND, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- The Indiana Pacers rode Danny Granger's 34 points to a 99-85 road win over Cleveland Saturday.

Granger connected on 13-of-21 shots from the field to give the Pacers only their fourth win in their last 20 games against the Cavaliers, who could only muster 31 points in the second half.

Indiana also got 16 points and 13 rebounds from Roy Hibbert and 20 points from Mike Dunleavy.

The best Cleveland could do was Antawn Jamison's 19 points and 17 from Ramon Sessions. Daniel Gibson and J.J. Hickson also hit double figures.

The teams fought to a halftime tie but Indiana forged ahead with a 9-2 run to start the second half and never trailed from that point. Jamison's jumper made it 75-72 early in the fourth period but Granger and Dunleavy nailed 3-pointers to put Indiana back up by nine with just over 9 minutes to play and the momentum swung back to the Pacers.
