NBA: Boston 92, Oklahoma City 83

OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Ray Allen and Paul Pierce combined for 36 points Sunday and the Boston Celtics eased by Oklahoma City 92-83 Sunday.

Allen ended with 19 points, Pierce added 17 and Rajon Rondo overcame plantar fasciitis in his left foot to contribute 10 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in Boston's fifth straight win.

Boston posted a 58-37 halftime cushion thanks to a 15-3 run bookended by Allen's jumper and Nate Robinson's 3-point buzzer-beater.

The Thunder got 34 points from Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook chipped in 16 points and 10 assists in the loss, Oklahoma City's third in four games.
