GAINESVILLE, Fla., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Quarterback Chris Relf ran for 82 yards and Vick Ballard added another 98 on the ground Saturday in Mississippi State's 10-7 win over No. 22 Florida.
Relf, who rushed 22 times, was 4-of-9 passing for 33 yards. Ballard carried the ball 20 times for the Bulldogs (5-2, 2-2), who didn't turn the ball over once.

MSU's defense was tough, forcing a pair of Gators turnovers. Florida kicker Chas Henry went 0-for-2 in field goal tries, missing a potential score-tying attempt from 42 yards as time was running out.
John Brantley went 24-of-39 passing for 210 yards with one interception for Florida (4-3, 2-3), which dropped its third straight.
Omarius Hines gained 58 yards and scored a touchdown for the Gators.
