Brett Favre finished the day 23-of-34 for 201 yards and a touchdown pass, yielding two interceptions. It wasn't a stellar day for Favre, but it was enough to rally the Vikes to a win after a rough start to the season.

Shaun Hill started in place of injured Matthew Stafford for Detroit (0-3) and went 29-for-43 through the air for 237 yards, one touchdown and two fourth-quarter interceptions.

The Lions got six catches for 56 yards from Calvin Johnson.
