MLB: Pittsburgh 9, Arizona 6

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 18 (UPI) -- Andrew McCutchen and John Bowker each belted two-run homers to lead the Pittsburgh Pirates past Arizona 9-6 Saturday.

Neil Walker added a pair of RBI to back James McDonald (4-5), who turned in a five-inning start in which he allowed two runs on four hits and four walks. He struck out six.

Arizona starter Barry Enright (6-5) was pounded for six runs on six hits in only 3 2/3 frames, suffering his third straight loss.

The Diamondbacks were led at the plate by Ryan Church, who hit a three-run homer. Kelly Johnson chipped in with a solo shot in the defeat.
