PITTSBURGH, June 7 (UPI) -- Carlos Silva gave up one run over seven innings Monday and stayed unbeaten while leading the Chicago Cubs to a 6-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Silva allowed four hits and one walk with the Pirates' run coming in the seventh inning when Lastings Milledge scored on a Jason Jaramillo sacrifice fly.
