NBA: Milwaukee 95, Utah 87

MILWAUKEE, March 12 (UPI) -- John Salmons scored 24 points Friday and Milwaukee took advantage of a technical foul call in the closing seconds to defeat Utah 95-87.

Salmons gave the Bucks a four-point lead with 20 seconds remaining by making two free throws and when Milwaukee regained the ball Utah's Carlos Boozer was whistled for a personal foul.

Boozer's complaints drew two technicals as well, leading to four foul shots for the Bucks. Brandon Jennings made two of them and Ersan Ilyasova added two more, all with 13 seconds remaining.

Since Milwaukee obtained Salmons at the trade deadline, the Bucks have run off 11 wins in 12 games. They have defeated Cleveland, Boston and Utah during their current homestand and have won five in a row overall.

Jennings added 23 points and Andrew Bogut had 16. The Bucks moved to a season-best six games over .500.

Boozer scored 26 points before being ejected.
