TORONTO, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Chris Bosh scored nine of his 25 points in the fourth period Sunday, leading the Toronto Raptors to a 98-92 win over the New Orleans Hornets.

Bosh countered six personal turnovers with 11 rebounds.

The Raptors closed the third period with an 8-0 run for a 76-69 lead entering the final stanza, and Bosh's effort helped secure the victory.

Jarrett Jack scored 15 with seven assists and five rebounds.

Hedo Turkoglu scored 14 with seven assists, while two others reached double figures for the Raptors, who have won their last two contests.

David West paced New Orleans with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

Emeka Okafor scored 16 with 11 rebounds, and four others scored in double figures for the Hornets, who failed to win a third straight game for the second time this season.

They failed to build on Friday's 98-92 win over Denver.
