CINCINNATI, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- The Cincinnati Bengals reported Wednesday that receiver Chris Henry sustained "very serious" injuries when he fell out of a moving pickup truck.
The incident occurred Wednesday in Charlotte, N.C.

A report in the Charlotte Observer said Henry fell out of the back of the pickup, which he had jumped into after he was involved in a domestic dispute with his fiancee, who was driving the vehicle.
Henry was lying on the road when police arrived, the Observer said.
Henry has not played for the Bengals since the fifth week of the season, when he suffered a fractured left forearm. He had 12 catches for 236 yards before his season was cut short.
