ST. LOUIS, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Colorado's Chris Stewart scored two goals, Peter Budaj turned back 35 shots and the Avalanche ended a road trip Monday with a 4-0 win over the St. Louis Blues.

The shutout was the first this season for Budaj.

Paul Stastny and Matt Duchene posted the other goals for the Avalanche, who were 3-1-1 on the trip.

Wojtek Wolski assisted on three of the Colorado goals.

Chris Mason had 18 saves for the Blues, who had won their two previous games.
