NEW YORK, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young is the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time in his four-year NFL career.

The former Texas standout completed a career-high 27-of-43 passes for 387 yards and his touchdown pass to rookie Kenny Britt culminated a 99-yard, 18-play game-ending drive, giving the Titans a 20-17 victory, their fifth straight.

Young is 5-0 in five starts this season, making the Titans the first team in NFL history to win five consecutive games after a 0-6 start.

Other AFC honorees were New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis (Defense) and Denver place-kicker Matt Prater (Special Teams).

Revis, in his third season from Pittsburgh, made two interceptions, returning one 67 yards for a touchdown in a 17-6 win over the Carolina Panthers, while Prater, a three-year pro from Central Florida, kicked four field goals and two extra points in the Broncos' 26-6 win over the New York Giants on Thanksgiving Day.
