OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Oakland's JaMarcus Russell passed for an 86-yard touchdown in the first quarter Sunday and the Raiders went on to down the Philadelphia Eagles 13-9.
Russell's TD pass to Zach Miller put the Raiders on top 7-3 and they stayed ahead the rest of the way.

Sebastian Janikowski kicked field goals of 29 and 46 yards for Oakland (2-4).
Russell completed 17-of-28 passes for 224 yards, with Miller catching six of them for 139 yards.
David Akers had field goals of 45, 43 and 45 yards for the Eagles (3-2).
Philadelphia quarterback Donovan McNabb was 22-of-46 passing for 269 yards.
