CLEVELAND, May 31 (UPI) -- Jhonny Peralta's third hit and third RBI Sunday, a ninth-inning RBI single, boosted the Cleveland Indians to a 5-4 win over the New York Yankees.
His game-winning hit, which ended New York's three-game win streak, scored Trevor Crowe from third base, breaking a 4-4 tie with one out in the bottom of the inning.

Mark DeRosa and Shin-Soo Choo had one RBI apiece for the Indians, who have split their last four games.
The winner was closer Kerry Wood (2-2).
Mark Teixeira knocked New York's runs with a two-run homer in the sixth and a two-run double in the eighth.
The losing pitcher was Phil Coke (1-3).
The four-game series at Cleveland's Progressive Field ends Monday.
