NBA: Cleveland 105, Utah 93

CLEVELAND, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored 38 points and the Cleveland Cavaliers used a 25-17 fourth period to come back from a 53-46 halftime deficit Saturday to beat Utah 105-93.

Cleveland faced a 10-point third quarter deficit before a layup by James sparked an 8-2 run that pulled the Cavaliers within 64-60 at the 6:16 mark.

James also had seven assists. Mo Williams scored 20 points with four assists, Zydrunas Ilgauskas overcame five personal turnovers with 16 points and seven rebounds, and Delonte West added 12 points, four assists and five rebounds in the Cavaliers' seventh win in a row.

Utah was led by Carlos Boozer's 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists.

Paul Millsap scored 15 points with eight rebounds, and both C.J. Miles and Ronnie Price scored 12 points in Utah's third straight defeat.
