SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Bengie Molina homered, doubled and drove in five runs Sunday, powering the San Francisco Giants over San Diego 7-4, the Padres' seventh straight loss.
Fred Lewis had three hits and scored three runs for the Giants, who have won five in a row. Molina cracked a three-run homer during a four-run rally that put San Francisco up 7-3 in the sixth inning.

Winning pitcher Kevin Correia (3-7) allowed three runs and seven hits over six innings and Brian Wilson tossed a perfect ninth to collect his 35th save this season, tops in the National League.
Brian Giles homered for San Diego.
Reliever Mike Adams (1-3), who gave up Molina's home run, was the loser.
