Conor Jackson and two others had one RBI, and like Drew, Jackson had three hits to lead a 10-hit attack for the Diamondbacks, the only team in the NL West with a winning record (53-51). Jackson is 13 for 20 in the last five games with three homers and seven RBI.

San Francisco scored on Aaron Rowand's eighth-inning double-play ground-out and John Bowker's ninth single. Fred Lewis had four of the 14 hits for the Giants, who were swept after taking three street from Washington.

Losing pitcher Barry Zito (5-13) surrendered six earned runs and six hits in five innings with five walks and four strikeouts.
