The Giants won for the fifth time in seven games.
Arizona's Doug Davis (2-2) made his second start since returning from cancer surgery, but he lasted only five innings while giving up six runs on nine hits.
Durham drove in four runs, contributing a three-run double in the San Francisco's four-run sixth. The Giants also scored four times in the fifth, during which Emmanuel Burriss delivered a two-run single.
The beneficiary of the offensive outburst was Jonathan Sanchez (3-3), who gave up two runs on six hits over six innings.
Arizona surrendered the first 10 runs of the game before scoring on Justin Upton's two-run double in the sixth.
