MLB: Arizona 10, Colorado 3

PHOENIX, April 12 (UPI) -- Justin Upton's three hits and four RBI Saturday paced the Arizona Diamondbacks' 10-3 rout of the Colorado Rockies for their sixth win in a row.

Three RBI came on his fifth home run this season with none out in the bottom of the fifth inning. He added a single and a sacrifice fly.

Six other Arizona players each had one RBI.

Conor Jackson scored three times, while Upton and Eric Byrnes scored twice for the National League West front-running Diamondbacks, who maintained at least a 2 1/2-game lead over San Diego.

Winning pitcher Dan Haren (2-0) surrendered an earned run and five hits in six innings with two walks and seven strikeouts.

Colorado got one RBI apiece from Clint Barmes and Jayson Nix. Barmes had two of the nine hits for the Rockies, who sank to 0-5 against Arizona this season.

Losing pitcher Franklin Morales (0-1) yielded seven runs and seven hits in four-plus innings.
