NBA: Atlanta 127, Toronto 120 (OT)

ATLANTA, April 2 (UPI) -- Mike Bibby's three-pointer with a half-second remaining forced overtime Wednesday and Atlanta went on to stun Toronto 127-120.

The Hawks overcame a 17-point deficit in the second half thanks, in large part, to 26 points, 12 assists and six rebounds from Bibby.

Joe Johnson scored 28 points in helping Atlanta win its fifth straight. The Hawks moved four games in front of New Jersey and Indiana for the final playoff position in the Eastern Conference.

Atlanta missed two three-point tries in the final 10 seconds of regulation, but Bibby fired off a third one just before the buzzer.

On the ensuing inbound play from mid-court, Toronto's T.J. Ford tipped the ball in. But after a long video review by the referees, the basket was ruled to have come after the buzzer.

Bibby contributed another three-pointer in overtime.

Toronto has lost seven of its last eight road games and the Raptors remained tied with Washington and Philadelphia for the fifth seed in the East.
