NBA: Dallas 108, New York 79

DALLAS, March 11 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki had 18 points and eight rebounds Monday, pacing the Dallas Mavericks' 108-79 smacking of the New York Knicks.

Jason Terry also scored 18 points for the Mavericks, who have won 12 of their last 13 games against New York.

Josh Howard added 14 points for Dallas, which has won 14 of its 15 home games.

Dallas is one game ahead of Golden State for the seventh spot in the Western Conference.

Zach Randolph had 21 points and 14 rebounds for the Knicks, who have lost seven consecutive games and 18 of their last 22.
