COL BKB: Vanderbilt 78, Auburn 71

NASHVILLE, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- A.J. Ogilvy had 19 points and nine rebounds Saturday to lead the 18th-ranked Vanderbilt Commodores to a 78-71 win over the Auburn Tigers.

Alex Gordon added 17 points for the Commodores (18-4, 3-4 SEC), who, after starting the season 16-0, had lost four of their last five games. Shan Foster had 16 points.

Vanderbilt has won 27 of its last 28 home games dating back to last season.

Frank Tolbert had 32 points, 26 in the second half, and eight rebounds for Auburn (12-8, 2-5) which suffered its third straight loss. Quan Prowell had 12 points for the Tigers.
