Shaquille O'Neal out for two weeks

MIAMI, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal had an MRI Tuesday and was diagnosed with acute left hip and quadriceps inflammation.

O'Neal will be out of action for two weeks before being re-evaluated.

The 15-year veteran has played in 32 games this season, averaging 14.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.66 blocks per contest.

O'Neal has been in and out of the Miami lineup since late December because of the injury. The Heat have not won a game since Dec. 22, losing 14 in a row.
