LINCOLN, Neb., Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Brandon Rush scored 19 points Saturday to lead third-ranked, unbeaten Kansas to a 79-58 win over Nebraska.
Mario Chalmers added 14 points and Sasha Kaun and Russell Robinson had 10 points each for the Jayhawks (16-0, 1-0 Big 12), who have won 17 consecutive conference-openers.

Aleks Maric had 19 points for the Cornhuskers (11-3, 0-1), who lost for the first time since Dec. 5.
