NBA: Indiana 117, Chicago 102

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Reserve Kareem Rush scored 22 points Wednesday, keying the Indiana Pacers' 117-102 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

With the score tied early in the third quarter, the Pacers used a 13-2 run to build a 71-60 lead with 7:28 left in the period, capped by Jamaal Tinsley's three-pointer.

Indiana, which fell behind 38-22 early in the second, never trailed again from that point.

Tinsley, Jermaine O'Neal, and Marquis Daniels each scored 18 points, while Mike Dunleavy had 17 points, nine rebounds and six assists for the Pacers, who rebounded from Tuesday's 118-105 loss at Cleveland.

Chicago's Ben Gordon scored a team-high 18 points. Joe Smith had 16 points and five rebounds.

Luol Deng had 15 points and seven rebounds, while Kirk Hinrich added 11 points and eight assists for the Bulls, who have split their last four games.

Chicago's Tyrus Thomas and Indiana's Troy Murphy were ejected after a brief altercation late in the second.
