WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Amare Stoudemire and Steve Nash propelled the Phoenix Suns to a big third quarter Friday en route to a 122-107 victory over Washington.
Phoenix had a five-point halftime lead and then outscored the Wizards by 19 in the third period to capture its fourth straight win.

Stoudemire scored 27 points while Nash chipped in a season-high 19 assists. Raja Bell scored 22 points and Leandro Barbosa had 20 off the bench.
Washington was led by Andray Blatche with 19 points.
A lay-up by Nash ignited a 15-4 run in the third period. Phoenix shot 55 percent from the field and made 11 three-point shots.
The Suns had 42 assists to 20 for Washington.
