NFL: Denver 27, Kansas City 11

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Selvin Young ran for 109 yards with one touchdown Sunday afternoon to help the Denver Broncos beat Kansas City, 27-11.

Young -- a rookie starting in place of Travis Henry, who was on the sideline with an ankle injury -- capitalized on the opportunity to turn in his best performance to date for the Broncos, who broke a two game losing streak.

Jay Cutler threw for 192 yards on 17-of-29 passing with one touchdown and an interception for Denver.

Chiefs quarterback Damon Huard completed just 6-of-15 passes for 83 yards and two interceptions before being replaced by Brodie Croyle in the third quarter. Croyle went on to throw for 162 yards on 17-of-30 passing with an interception.
