MLB: Colorado 4, Arizona 1

DENVER, Oct. 15 (UPI) -- Yorvit Torrealba broke a 1-1 tie with a three-run homer in the sixth inning Sunday night, as the Colorado Rockies beat Arizona, 4-1, to go up 3-0 in the NLCS.

Matt Holliday drove in the other Colorado run with a first-inning solo homer, as the Rockies put themselves in position to sweep the series in Game 4 Monday night in Denver -- where Game 3 Sunday was played in a steady, driving rain and temperatures that hovered around 40 degrees.

Josh Fogg (2-0) started and went six innings for Colorado, yielding one run on seven hits, with three strikeouts and one walk.

The Rockies have won nine straight games, and 20 out of 21.

Mark Reynolds accounted for the Diamondbacks only run with a solo homer in the fourth.

Livan Hernandez (1-1) started and went 5 2/3 innings for Arizona, giving up four runs on eight hits, with four strikeouts and two walks.
