CHICAGO, June 26 (UPI) -- Cliff Floyd hit a two-run homer and Koyie Hill paced a four-run fifth inning with a two-run double Tuesday as the Chicago Cubs downed Colorado 8-5.
Alfonso Soriano scored two runs for the Cubs, who have won five in a row. Aramis Ramirez and Felix Pie each drove in a run for Chicago.

Jamey Carroll went 3-for-4 with a homer and three RBI for the Rockies, who have lost five in a row. Willy Taveras also had three hits for Colorado.
Chicago starter Ted Lilly (6-4) got the win while giving up four runs on six hits with five walks over six innings.
Colorado starter Rodrigo Lopez (4-1) suffered his first loss with the Rockies after allowing eight runs on nine hits with four walks over 4 2/3 innings.
