WIMBLEDON, England, June 22 (UPI) -- Justin Henin and Serena Williams, winners of the year's first two Grand Slam tournaments, could meet in the quarterfinals at Wimbledon.

The women's singles draw, announced Friday, shows that Henin, the French Open champion, and Williams, who won the Australian Open, could meet in the quarterfinals. Henin is looking for a Wimbledon title to complete her career grand slam. Williams is bidding for a third Wimbledon championship.

Henin, the women's world No. 1, opens her tournament against Jorgelina Cravero.

Amelie Mauresmo, who beat Henin in three sets in last year's Wimbledon final, drew Jamie Jackson as her first-round opponent. She is in the same half of the draw as second-seeded Maria Sharapova, who won Wimbledon in 2004 and was an Australian Open finalist and French Open semifinalist this year. Sharapova plays Yung-Jan Chan in the first round.

Also in that draw is sixth-seeded Ana Ivanovic, who lost in the French Open final to Henin.

First-round play at Wimbledon begins Monday. The women's singles title match is scheduled for July 7.
