MLB: Baltimore 9, Seattle 5

SEATTLE, June 6 (UPI) -- Jay Payton and Aubrey Huff drove in two runs each Wednesday, rallying Baltimore past Seattle 9-5 to break a five-game losing streak.

Payton hit a two-run double in the fifth and Huff hit an RBI double for the eventual winning run. Huff added another RBI double in the eighth. Both players had three hits.

Miguel Tejada and Jay Gibbons had two runs and two hits, and four players all had one RBI for the Orioles, who split a season-high 10-game road trip.

Winner Daniel Cabrera (5-6) surrendered five earned runs on seven hits and four walks in eight innings with six strikeouts.

Four players had one RBI each as Seattle built a 4-0 lead.

Jose Lopez had one run, two hits and two RBI, and Willie Blomquist had a run and two hits for the Mariners, who had a four-game win streak snapped.

The loser was Jarrod Washburn (5-5).
