MLB: LA Angels 11, Tampa Bay 3

ANAHEIM, Calif., April 26 (UPI) -- Erick Aybar, Vladimir Guerrero and Orlando Cabrera each drove in two runs Thursday afternoon as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim drubbed Tampa Bay, 11-3.

Guerrero started the scoring with a two-run homer in the bottom of the first. Gary Matthews Jr. and Shea Hillenbrand both had two runs, three hits and one RBI; Garret Anderson had two runs, two hits and one RBI; while Casey Kotchman and Jose Molina had one RBI each for the Angels, who swept the brief two-game series and have won three straight.

Winner Bartolo Colon (2-0) gave up two earned runs and four hits in seven innings, with one walk and 11 strikeouts.

Carlos Pena hit a solo homer, Carl Crawford hit an RBI double and Pena and Rocco Baldelli had two hits apiece for the Devil Rays, who have split their last four games.

Losing pitcher Jae Seo (1-2) gave up six earned runs on seven hits in 1 1/3 innings.
