TORONTO, April 15 (UPI) -- Chris Bosh had 23 points and eight rebounds Sunday as Toronto beat New York, 107-105, to clinch home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
The Knicks came within 91-89, but the Raptors went on an 8-1 spurt for a 99-90 edge with 2:44 remaining. New York then closed to 104-103, but never took the lead.
Joey Graham and Anthony Parker each scored 19 points, and reserve Jose Calderon had 18 points and six assists for the Raptors, who locked up the third seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs with their sixth straight victory.
Eddy Curry led New York with 30 points and eight rebounds. Steve Francis had 28 points and eight rebounds, Malik Rose scored 18, and Mardy Collins added 12 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds for the Knicks, who are out of the playoffs.
