SALT LAKE CITY, March 24 (UPI) -- Carlos Boozer scored 28 points Saturday night as Utah recorded a much-needed, 118-108 victory over Memphis.

The Jazz had lost five out of six heading into the contest.

Matt Harpring added 24 points and Deron Williams had 21 for Utah, which owned an 18-point lead going into the fourth quarter.

Memphis, losers of three straight and 11 out of 13, was led by 26 points from Dahntay Jones and 25 from Pau Gasol.
