COL BKB: UCLA 54, Indiana 49

SACRAMENTO, March 17 (UPI) -- Darren Collison had a game-high 15 points Saturday as UCLA beat Indiana, 54-49, in a second-round NCAA Tournament West Region game.

Arron Afflalo scored 10 points for second-seeded UCLA (28-5), which will play Pittsburgh in a regional semifinal game next week.

D.J. White had 12 points and 14 rebounds for the Hoosiers (21-11). Earl Calloway also scored 12 points for Indiana.

The sixth-ranked UCLA Bruins held a seven-point lead at halftime. They opened the second half on a 7-0 run and led 27-13 with 17:17 left in the low-scoring game.
