NBA: Denver 121, Houston 113 (OT)

HOUSTON, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Allen Iverson keyed a run that carried into overtime Saturday night, leading the Denver Nuggets to a 121-113 victory over the Houston Rockets.

Houston led, 108-100, with about three minutes left in regulation but didn't score the rest of the way. Denver, meanwhile, got three free throws from Iverson, a field goal from Marcus Camby and a three-point shot from Iverson to tie the score and force overtime.

Iverson started overtime with a banked-in three-pointer and the Nuggets continued on a 21-2 tear that put them up, 121-110.

Iverson finished with 36 points. J.R. Smith scored 24 and Camby had 12 points and 22 rebounds.

Tracy McGrady returned to the Houston lineup and responded with 24 points and 10 assists.

Saturday marked the end of a 15-game suspension for Carmelo Anthony, who was kept out of action because of his role in a brawl Dec. 16. He's expected to be in the Nuggets lineup Monday when Denver is at home to Memphis.
