Marc Bulger was 11-for-22 passing for 137 yards and no touchdowns or interceptions, while Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce combined to make seven receptions for 117 yards for the Rams (6-8) -- who had dropped their previous two games, but have not been officially been eliminated from the NFC playoff hunt.

Andrew Walter was 14-of-20 passing for 131 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions for Oakland. Justin Fargas rushed for 43 yards on 12 carries, and Ronald Curry made nine catches for 87 yards for the Raiders (2-12), who have a seven-game losing streak.

Both defenses made four sacks.

There was speculation after the game that Oakland Coach Art Shell would be fired.
