NFL: Dallas 35, Carolina 14

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Marion Barber ran for two touchdowns Sunday night as Dallas rallied to top the Carolina Panthers, 35-14.

Barber finished with 49 yards on nine carries, Julius Jones picked up 92 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries, Terrell Owens made nine catches for 107 yards and Jason Witten caught a touchdown pass. Tony Romo -- making his first NFL start -- went 24-for-36 for 270 yards, one touchdown and one interception, as the Cowboys improved to 4-3 for the season with a franchise-record 25-point fourth quarter.

The Panthers were scoreless in the game's final three quarters after building a 14-0 lead in the first 15 minutes.

Jake Delhomme was 17-for-31 for 149 yards, no touchdowns and one interception. DeShaun Foster gained 50 yards and scored once on 15 carries, and Steve Smith caught six passes for 55 yards and scored on a 24-yard run in the first quarter for the Panthers (4-4).
