COL FB: Michigan 27, Wisconsin 13

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Chad Henne overcame three interceptions with two touchdown passes Saturday afternoon as sixth-ranked Michigan beat Wisconsin, 27-13.

Henne went 18-for-25 for 211 yards, and tossed scoring passes of 24 and 38 yards to Mario Manningham.

Mike Hart rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown on 23 attempts; Manningham had seven receptions for 113 yards and the two scores; Adrian Arrington caught four passes for 79 yards; and Garrett Rivas kicked two field goals for the Wolverines (3-0), who scored 17 unanswered points in the second half to overcome a 13-10 half-time deficit.

John Stocco was 22-of-42 for 236 yards and one touchdown; running back P.J. Hill hd 54 yards rushing on 20 carries; and 64 yards and one touchdown on five receptions; and Travis Beckum also made five catches for 53 yards for the Badgers (3-1).

It was the Big Ten Conference opener for both schools.
