MLB: Toronto 3, Atlanta 2

ATLANTA, June 22 (UPI) -- Aaron Hill and Frank Catalanotto each drove in a run in the eighth inning Thursday night as Toronto rallied to beat Atlanta, 3-2.

Lyle Overbay had one run, three hits and an RBI; Troy Glaus had a run and two hits; while Reed Johnson had three hits for the Blue Jays (40-32), who completed a three-game inter-league sweep.

In relief, winner Ty Taubenheim (1-0) got his first major league win. B.J. Ryan earned his 20th save.

Jeff Francoeur and Adam LaRoche each drove in a run, and Andruw Jones had a run and three hits for the Braves (30-43), who suffered their 10th straight loss.

Losing pitcher Mike Remlinger fell to 2-4.

Atlanta was swept for the third straight series. The last time that happened was 1988 -- which is also when they last had a 10-game losing streak.
