NHL: Los Angeles 5, Chicago 4 (OT)

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Joe Corvo scored 40 seconds into overtime Saturday to give the Los Angeles Kings a 5-4 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Craig Conroy, Pavol Demitra and Tom Kostopoulos all had a goal and an assist as the Kings ended their seven-game losing streak.

Kings goalkeepers Jason LaBarbera and Mathieu Garon combined to allow four goals on 21 shots faced.

Martin Lapointe had a goal and an assist for the Blackhawks, who have lost five of their last six games. Brent Seabrook, Rene Bourque and Tyler Arnason also scored for Chicago.

Chicago goalie Craig Anderson gave up five goals on 27 shots.
