NBA: Golden State 99, Cleveland 79

OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Jason Richardson scored 22 points on his 25th birthday for the Golden State Warriors as they routed Cleveland, 99-79, at The Arena in Oakland Friday night.

Mike Dunleavy also tallied 22, Derek Fisher contributed 17 points and nine assists and Troy Murphy logged a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds for Golden State.

Drew Gooden, who had been bothered with a leg injury, led Cleveland with 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds, while Zydrunas Ilgauskas posted 13 points and 11 rebounds in defeat.

LeBron James had one of his worst nights of the season, finishing with 14 points on 5-of-22 shooting.

Golden State shot 47.4 percent from the floor, while Cleveland made 38.4 percent of its shots.
