LOS ANGELES, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Damon Stoudamire scored 25 points and had nine assists, as the visiting Memphis Grizzlies edged the Los Angeles Lakers, 100-99, in overtime.
Pau Gasol notched a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds, while Eddie Jones tallied 17 points in the victory. Mike Miller contributed 14 points and 15 rebounds for Memphis, which has won three of its last four games.

For the Lakers, Kobe Bryant shone with 45 points and seven rebounds, while Devean George netted a season-high 18 points for the Lakers, who have lost their last three games.
Chris Mihm scored 15 points and grabbed 11 boards in the loss.
